About D.Hart & Associates
D. Hart & Associates is an independent web design company with no prior commitment to any hosting service or ISP. We will work to find a hosting service that meets your needs and, if you wish, act as your agent in all phases of evaluating and obtaining hosting contracts for your site. We are equally happy to design and build a site on your in-house web servers or on your existing hosting service.
Associated Companies - Development Partners
Website development calls for a variety of skills: copywriting, graphic design, e-commerce, database development, search engine optimization, and site promotion, to name a few. We have worked with a variety of associates and associated companies over the years to provide the best skill set to fit each project:
 David Hart
President
My business background covers over 30 years in hospitality and mail order catalog sales. That entire period, which covers much of the earliest years of business computing, involved the integration and automation that computers offered to these industries.
From my earliest experiences in computerizing a catalog sales company in the early 80s, to more recent work supporting technology in the travel industry, I have been both intrigued and fascinated by the opportunities that the creative application of computers to business offered. In more recent years, that has led to an obvious focus on the Internet and how it can be used to improve business process (saving money and time) and increase revenue (enhance & leverage web marketing and relationships).
My work has included selection and implementation of computer and telecommunications systems for hotels, hotel management companies, mail order business and hotel reservations companies. Prior to my actual creation of websites, I did design work for online corporate and group reservations applications. My style is rather straight-forward, with a focus on functionality. I'm a believer in avoiding most of the 'sins' of the Top 10 lists in website design boo-boos. While many newer technologies (i.e., Flash) look very cool, everyone does not have a broadband connection - or even the most up-to-date browser versions. More importantly, these technologies can have a very negative effect on how your site is indexed by search engines such as Google.
If you are interested in working with someone that is passionate about getting you the best results for your new or existing website - get in touch and let's talk it over!

Jason Silva
WebClever: Macromedia & Flash Design; Graphics Specialist
If you're going to use Flash, you'd better do it right. While making for beautiful graphics, Flash can slow down load times greatly, and create problems for search engine indexing.
Jason's special talents lie in the area of graphic design, layouts and choice of color. His website development has tended to focus on the Spa and MediSpa sites.
